I am a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist (CH.t) and Wellness Coach (ACC Certified) helping my clients overcome their challenges through hypnosis and coaching.
My passion is working with committed clients who want to positively change and have the best possible future they can imagine or dream of. I help my clients to leave their limiting beliefs behind and replace them with empowering beliefs so they can enjoy the life they deserve.
When I meet with my clients I like to understand their goals, their motivation and level of commitment. to reach their goal. I am a good listener and I pay close attention to the small details. I then design a personal program that is tailored to their unique needs, a program that empowers them to reach their goals and bring lasting, positive changes in their lives. I help my clients to uncover the powers and tools they already have within themselves so they can live their desired life.

About My Journey
My journey began when I was on a quest to help one of my children who struggled to overcome some profound challenges. We explored different therapy modalities, parental groups, and many other modules. Unfortunately, nothing helped much and we found ourselves back at ‘square 1’ after every attempt.
When returning from a family vacation, where my stress reached a level where I could not enjoy this precious time, I decided to meet with a Hypnotherapist. Two sessions were all I needed to have my stress at a manageable level and to be hooked on Hypnosis!
I completed my basic hypnotherapy training and challenge quickly turned to blessings. Now, not only I could help my children thrive, I can also help my clients to shift to a better future.
I used to suffer from high-stress level and severe anxiety (GAD), which at times I thought was a normal state. Through hypnosis and my own journey, I learned that I can almost eliminate my stress completely and reduce my anxiety substantially. Finally, I was able to enjoy life, I was able to try new things (like walking on suspended bridge :)), I allowed myself to let go of things that were holding me back (like terrible fear of flights) and I started to publicly talk about my anxiety and my journey to overcome it.
My passion is to help others overcome their anxiety.
Growing number of people suffer from anxiety, especially GAD, and are too scared or ashamed to talk about it, they tend to isolate themselves and pretend that they are OK. I used to be one of those people.
